The 24 hour audio-response service allows for twenty-four hour, seven days a week access to your accounts at GPC. By using your touchtone telephone or personal computer you are able to find information about your savings, checking, and loan accounts.
This service can be used to make balance inquiries as well as perform financial transactions such as: transfers between savings and checking, or loan payment transfer from savings and checking.
Please note that financial transactions cannot be performed if a member has a delinquent loan (either by failure to make payment by its due date or because payroll deductions have not yet been posted). This service is offered to all of our customers and is free at this time.
How do I use CU24?
- Access your account by calling 1-800-285-2824.
- Enter your complete member number followed by the # sign.
- Enter your PIN then press #.
- Listen carefully to the options and follow all directions.
- When entering a withdrawal or transfer DO NOT USE DECIMALS. For example: $100.00 must be entered as 10000. Please remember, you cannot make withdrawals from your Christmas Club.
- End the call by simply hanging up. The session will automatically end after three minutes. If you need more time, another call must be made.
- If you are asked for a Share Type, please use the following codes for your accounts:
SAVINGS = 01
CHECKING = 75
CHRISTMAS CLUB = 10
IRA = 81
ROTH IRA = 60

You may come by a Credit Union to pickup an application, or you may choose to click on the printable application button, complete and fax to one of the Credit Union locations |
